Obituary of Michael Geoffrey Thompson

Michael Geoffrey THOMPSON (1954-1956) brother to P.J. THOMPSON (1955) and G.H.M. Thompson (1959). Michael, of Camberley, Surrey, died at his home on Sunday, 31 January 2010, after a long illness. The private cremation for family and invited closed friends will take place at Easthampstead Park Crematorium, South Road, Nine Mile Ride, Wokingham, Berkshire RG40 3DW at 1245 on Tuesday, 23 February 2010. A Service of Thanksgiving will follow Cremation on the same day at 1400. This will be at The Parish Church of St Michael, London Road, Camberley, and Old Worcesters, former Fleet Air Arm and British Airways colleagues, and all friends are very welcome to attend. There will be a Funeral Reception following the Church service at the Pine Ridge Golf Club, Old Bisley Road, Frimley, Camberley, Surrey GU16 9NX to which all are welcome. No flowers please. Donations, if desired, to the "Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice".
